Texture analysis
At Food T we have a TA.XT Plus C texture analyzer equipment, manufactured in England, with which we evaluate the functionality of our products as well as new developments.
We provide the “Texture Analysis” service to the food industry for those companies that do not have the equipment and want to know more about their products. The measurements that are made are: puncture, compression, shear, bending, extrusion, adhesion, tension.
Measurements are made directly on the food or matrix to be evaluated.
